21yrs young female dentist was suffering from Relapse Refractory Hodgkin's Lymphoma for which she had received multiple line of chemotherapy &Immunotherapy. After which she was in disease control and planned for Bone marrow &stem cell Transplant.Initially patient had hurdles with stem cell collection after which she went into Neutropenic sepsis which was associated with Engraftment syndrome during which code blue was activated and she was intubated n ventilated
